Shipping and Return Policy

We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within one to four business days. We do not ship over the weekend or on holidays. Transit times are based on your distance from our warehouse in Chino, CA and will arrive within 5-11 business days. Shipping is available within Canada and United States only; no international orders are accepted.

Returns: Wallup Games Inc. accepts returns of all products purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please send the product to the address below with a copy of your original order information or receipt, and a brief note that includes your contact information. Only items purchased from wallugames.com may be returned. Once a return is received, you will receive an email notifying that we have received the returned item. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to credit card or original method of payment, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Products purchased from a third party cannot be returned to wallupgames.com.

 

Wallup Games Inc. does not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges being sent back to our facility. If you have a lager product, please email photos first, along with your contact information to info@wallupgames.com.
